Duringthisone-yearperiod,Broan-NuTonewill,atitsoption,repairorreplace,withoutcharge,anyproductorpartwhichisfoundtobedefectiveundernormaluseandservice.

THISWARRANTYDOESNOTEXTENDTOFLUORESCENTLAMPSTARTERSANDTUBES.Thiswarrantydoesnotcover(a)normalmaintenanceandserviceor(b)anyproductsor

partswhichhavebeensubjecttomisuse,negligence,accident,impropermaintenanceorrepair(otherthanbyBroan-NuTone),faultyinstallationorinstallationcontrarytorecommended

installation instructions.
